Abstract

There is no doubt that the Andalusians excelled in various types of sciences, and were influenced to a great extent by the people of the East, from the Hijazis, the Levants, the Iraqis, and others, in all types of arts. You will find among them those who imitate the jurists in their jurisprudence, those who imitate the poets in their poetry, the hadith scholars in their hadith, the Ash’arites in their Ash’arism, and the Mu’tazilites in their Mu’tazilites. Etc., as if you are facing a duplicate image of the Levant in many aspects.

This research into Andalusian beliefs is only part of a series in this section that will come successively and be published with God’s will and power. I wanted to put it in the section on names and attributes, and I cited and traced their opinions and drew conclusions through numerous looks at the methodology of each of them, may God have mercy on them
