Attitudes of primary school teachers in the district in the Yatta Education Directorate Abolition of terms and effects

The study aimed to identify the views of teachers and teachers of the basic stage in the decision to cancel the duties of elementary schools and the implications thereof. In order to achieve this, the descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was used as a study tool. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 100 The teachers were employed in the schools of the Directorate of Education and Higher Education Yatta, where 100 questionnaires were distributed. After the questionnaire was retrieved, SPSS software was used for statistical analysis to reach the results of the study.
1. The study showed that the views of teachers and teachers of the basic stage of the decision to cancel the duties of the elementary grades and the implications of this were a medium, where the mean (3.30) with a standard deviation (0.430).
2. The student has negative effects on the process of canceling homework more than its positive effects.
3. The presence of negative effects on the teacher and the school of the process of canceling homework more than their positive effects.
4. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of ( )in the average responses of the sample of the study on the views of teachers and teachers of the basic stage of the decision to cancel the duties of elementary school and the consequent effects attributed to the gender variable.
5. There were statistically significant differences at the level ( ) in the responses of the sample of the study on the views of teachers and teachers of the basic stage in the decision to cancel the homework for the primary grades and the consequential effects attributed to the variable qualification and years of experience.
Based on the above findings, the two students recommend and suggest the following:
1. In view of the results of the study, the study showed that there are negative effects of the decision to cancel homework, whether students or teachers. In this regard, the students recommended reconsidering the decision to cancel homework by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
2. To return the homework to the request, but in a carefully studied manner to achieve the desired goal
