Evaluating the role of the Palestinian private sector institutions in supporting technical education institutions And professional training from the point of view of its employees

The study was designed to evaluate the role of Palestinian private sector institutions in supporting technical education and vocational training institutions from the point of view of their employees. The study used the descriptive method. The study sample consisted of (144) employees randomly selected from the private sector institutions operating in the Gaza Strip, (26), divided into three areas: the objectives of private sector institutions in supporting technical education and vocational training institutions, evaluating the activities of private sector institutions in supporting technical education and vocational training institutions, and evaluating the outputs of private sector institutions in institutional support Technical education and vocational training.
The results revealed the overall score of the average results of the role of Palestinian private sector institutions in supporting technical education and vocational training institutions from the point of view of their employees (3.28) and (65.7%) , With a percentage of (70.2%) significantly. In the second order, the field of objective evaluation was (3.25) and (65.0%). In the third and final order, (3.10), and by a percentage (62.1%) to a medium degree.
The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the individuals in the study sample towards the role of Palestinian private sector institutions in supporting technical education and vocational training institutions from the point of view of their employees due to gender variables, scientific qualification, years of service and length of work.
