The aim of the research is to know the impact of human resource management practices represented by its dimensions (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, wages and salaries) in achieving sustainable development at the University of Anbar. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire consisting of (30) questions was designed in order to collect primary data from the research sample. The community consists of associates at the University of Anbar from professors in administrative positions, where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample consisting of (40) individuals that were collected and analyzed using the spss statistical program using a number of tests. The research concluded with results, the most important of which is the existence of a significant correlation between the dimensions of human resource management practices (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, wages and salaries) with sustainable development. sustainable.
