The reality of using technological innovations in the College of Education at Al-Aqsa University from the point of view faculty members

Abstract
The present study aimed to reveal the reality of the use of technological innovations in the College of Education at Al-Aqsa University from the viewpoint of faculty members. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (39) paragraphs, where it was applied to a sample of faculty members in the College of Education at Al-Aqsa University, reaching (40) members. The study adopted the descriptive approach. After the statistical analysis of the data, the study reached the following results: Knowledge of technological innovations is available among faculty members at the College of Education at Al-Aqsa University from their viewpoint (75.2%), which is a high rate. Technological innovations are available in the College of Education from the viewpoint of faculty members at a rate of (50.8%), which is an average rate. The skills that faculty members possess in the College of Education at Al-Aqsa University are available to use technological innovations in an optimal manner (76.2%), which is a high percentage higher than the hypothetical level set by the researcher (50%). There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥α) between the averages of the responses of the faculty members in the College of Education at Al-Aqsa University on the study tool attributed to the variables (Department - degree - the number of training courses - the number of years of experience).
