Abstract

This article, tagged : “The Psycho-developmental Path of Deviant Behavior,” seeks to shed light on a fundamental angle in the field of developmental criminology, that is related to the emergence of a new theme that analyzes the deviation syndrome and its evolution path. Those who follow accumulated literature on this topic will notice that analyzing and understanding of crime started from the theory of determinism through the theory of choice to the theory of chaos. It can be said at the beginning that research in the field of crime was dominated by deterministic interpretations, and then after the work of "Lombroso" there will be theories based on choice, rationality and decision-making, but this work will reach a sirt of completeness with the formation of the developmental paradigm. This transition has contributed to laying the foundations for an explanatory and applied developmental paradigm that approaches deviant behavior.
