Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect between the workforce performance and the components of electronic human resources management, and the current study followed the descriptive approach in the field study, and was conducted on a sample of 170 factory workers, who represented 5% of the total sample size chosen through the method of random sampling. From three industrial organizations are Tiba Holding Company, a textile factory for textiles, and Abdul Ghani Hussein Group Ltd. in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The three organizations were chosen using the intention sample and the researcher used the questionnaire and interview as a tool for a study and the researcher used the SPSS program to analyze the data and used each of the following statistical methods (Alpha Cronbach coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, and the multiple regression coefficients). Among the most important results of the study are the following: There was a statistically significant effect at the significance level of 0.05 with respect to the aspect Operational and no statistically significant effect was found at 0.05 significance level with respect to relational and transitional.
