Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent to which the administrative leadership in Bank Al-Bilad applies the requirements of visual management and its impact on the performance of its employees, and the researcher has adopted in his study the descriptive and analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a special questionnaire as a study tool, and the study community is composed of Employees of Bank Albilad, and the size of the study population reached (1500) individuals, and due to the difficulty of their enumeration, the researcher used the random sampling method, Where the questionnaire was distributed electronically and (174) questionnaires were recovered. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The administrative leadership in Bank Albilad implements the requirements of visual management to a Significantly. There is a statistically significant effect of applying the requirements of visual management by the administrative leadership in Bank Albilad on improving the performance of employees. There are differences in the respondents' responses to the requirements of visual management in Bank Albilad due to demographic variables (academic qualification - years of experience). The study presented a set of recommendations related to the need for Bank Al Bilad to adopt a policy of encouraging and transforming ordinary departments into visual leaders through training programs and intensifying focus on their development and development. It also recommended that the bank’s management restructure and shape the organizational culture within Bank Albilad to ensure its transformation into an organizational culture. Visible, able to compete and adopt by the bank’s employees and keep pace with the administrative era in which we live. It has also recommended the need to increase Saudi and Arab studies that link the variables of the study, and it has also recommended the application of the study of the relationship of visual management to improving the performance of workers at other banks operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
