Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of the relationship between organizational ingenuity and strategic planning in civil society organizations trough the Case Study “Non-Governmental Organizations Network in Gaza Strip”, A comprehensive survey method was used for all employees (45), and (37) questionnaires returned (82%). The most important result in this study is “the relationship between organizational ingenuity and strategic planning was (0.829) which is a strong direct relationship, also the coefficient of determination shows that organizational ingenuity explain (68.7%) of strategic planning and the rest due to other factors.
