This article explored the problems faced by the principals working in the public schools affiliated with Al-Zarqa’ Al-Ola Directorate of Education in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic. The researcher used a questionnaire for collecting data. The five point Likert scale was used. The questionnaire forms were distributed in an electronic manner to 100 female and male principals who were selected purposively from 100 public schools affiliated with Al-Zarqa’ Al-Ola Directorate of Education. 91 questionnaire forms were retrieved and considered valid for analysis. The response rate is 91%. SPSS software was used for analysing data to reach results. Several results were reached. For instance, the severity of the problems faced by the principals working in the public schools affiliated with Al-Zarqa’ Al-Ola Directorate of Education in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic is low. That applies to the curricula-related problems, teachers- related problems and administrative problems. The researcher recommend setting plans by the Jordanian Ministry of Education in order to address the problems faced by public school principals in Jordan
