The research aimed at identifying the relationship between the common thinking styles and its relationship Psychological Immunity among Workers in Guidance and Counseling in Technical Colleges and industrial institutes of the for the Technical and Vocational Training corporation. The sample consisted of (80) Counsellors. The researcher used the Common thinking styles Scale by Harrison & Bramson(1980) and was adapted to context by Al-Kuza and Azeez(2015). The researcher also used Psychological Immunity scale developed by Olah (2000) and was adapted to context by Zedan(2013). The results showed that the most common thinking styles among the sample was the idealistic thinking style with a percentage of 34%, followed by the synthetic thinking style with 25%, followed by the realistic thinking style with 23%, then the practical thinking style with 10%, and then the analytical thinking style with 8%. The results also showed the existence of a direct, medium, statistically significant correlation at the level (0.05) between the degrees of the practical thinking style and the degrees of the psychological immunity scale. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the scores of all common thinking styles and counseling as attributed to the age groups, while it was clear that there was an average effect of the functional service categories on the scores of the ideal and realistic thinking style in favor of the occupational category 11 years and over.
