Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the content of the mathematics book for the fifth and sixth grades within standards, and the researchers used the descriptive analytical method by following the method of content analysis, and the study sample consisted of the topics mentioned in the mathematics book curriculum for the fifth and sixth grades, which were applied in 2017-2018 in Palestine with two books "Two chapters", and the researcher used the content analysis tool that was prepared, and the study concluded to include the mathematics book for the fifth and sixth grades for the academic year 2017-2018. Reconsidering and modifying the content in order to take into account the individual differences among students, working on adding content that meets the needs of learners and taking into account their educational levels, adding content that takes into account the educational differences among students, and working to improve the quality of the paper the cover is made of, with better paper for long-term use
