Abstract

The purpose of this research is to give the reader a comprehensive depiction of the ruling on congratulating the non-muslims on their festivals. A festival is an event usually celebrated by a public and focusing on some specific feature of that community and its religion or cultures. It is frequently discernible as a local or countrywide break., a significant source is agricultural. Food is such a vital resource that many commemorations are connected with produce time. Religious commemoration and thanksgiving for good harvests are mixed in events that take place in different season. Its explained the definition of the feast literally and technically, its importance, its legitimacy and wisdom. It concludes with the feature of congratulating them on their festivals and some issues that the Muslim is facing and some issues related to this topic. The researcher tried to study the views of the past and contemporary scholars, and presented their opinions, compare and discuss them from what Allah opens to him. The modern world has witnessed many phenomena, which are very important,to muslim to know the shariah ruling about them.

At the end conclusion drawn from variant views of the scholars,and the main findings and recommendations have been given
