Rights of Children of Unknown Parentage in Islamic Jurisprudence and Registration Provisions in Palestinian Law

Abstract

       The aim of this research is to study the concept of “ Un known descent percentage “ their rights, versification of their lineage in both Islamic Fiqh and Palestinian civil law. Descriptive analytical method and deductive approach are used to achieve the objectives of the study.

      The results showed that those who are of unknown discount enjoy all the rights and duties as human beings do from the point of view of Shari’a and civil laws.
