Ruling on one who has become Muslim and his father has died as an unbeliever whether he inherits it or not

Abstract

This research aims to give the reader a comprehensive vision of the concept of Ruling on one who has become Muslim and his father has died as an unbeliever whether he inherits it or not In the preamble, first section, literaly and technically and  its legitimacy from the Qur,an and the Sunnah, and mentioned in the first section inheritance and its legitimacy from the Quran and Sunnah and Consensus of scholars and its rule, and stated in the second section conditions of inheritance and its causes and predicaments, and concluded in the third section: Ruling on one who has become Muslim and his father has died as an unbeliever whether he inherits it or not. and some issues to which the Muslim in some situations related to this subject. I tried to study the views of the past and contemporary scholars, and presented their opinions, compare and discuss them from  what Allah opens to me. The modern world has witnessed many phenomena, which is not and it is very important,to muslim to know the sharia ruling regarding this important topic. At the end conclution drawn from variant views of the scholars,and the main findings and recommendations have been given.
