This study sheds light on the subject of the purposes of family rulings related to the bonding of marriage, by understanding these purposes, given that they are divided into an original and dependent purposes. The general intent is to preserve the offspring and ensure the continuity of the human species, and it is the subordinate objectives that serve this original objective.
The Islamic Sharia has sought to establish a family system that is coherent in provisions, united in goals, transcendental goals, through texts of legislation that paved the way for building the basic building block of society, which is the family.
It is like a balance that prevents souls from deviating from the purposes of the Sharia that it drew for them, and the guidance of Islam that came for them, to work to restore things to their right whenever the matter is required.
Marriage in Islam is an inherent theory whose premise preceded all man-made laws. It is characterized by its divine source, easy to implement, disciplined and comprehensive for everything related to family rules. Therefore, this research came to shed light on the subject of the purposes of Sharia related to the bonding of marriage.
