Human rights are rights intrinsic in all human beings, whatsoever their nationality, place of dwelling, gender, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or other status. We all have the right to have our human rights equal and without discrimination. All these rights are interdependent, reciprocally strengthening and inseparable. This research aims to give the reader a comprehensive picture of the brief comparison between human rights in Islam and what came in the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights, so its explained in the introduction, explanation of the research terminologies and stating in the first section: defination of right literally and technically, and the comparison, and clarified in the second section the brief comparison between human rights in Islam and what is comprised in the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights. I tried to study the views of the past and contemporary scholars, and presented their opinions, compare and discuss them from what Allah opens to me. The modern world has witnessed many phenomena, which is very important,to muslim to know the sharia ruling regarding it. At the end conclution drawn from variant views of the scholars,and the main findings and recommendations have been given.
