The current study aimed to identify the impact of applying the Japanese Kaizen methodology in solving the problem of waiting patients in the blood drawing department at King Fahd Medical City. Where the study followed the experimental method, and the descriptive method. The process of collecting data through documents, focus groups, fishbone model, SWOT analysis, Where the study population and sample consisted of all workers in the blood drawing departments in the outpatient clinic of King Fahd Medical City, and their number was (45) employees. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the effect of applying the Japanese Kaizen methodology in solving the problem of waiting for patients in the blood drawing department in King Fahd Medical City, where the waiting period was reduced from 22.6 minutes to 6.3 minutes.
