Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of total quality management practices in improving the quality of services at Al-Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah, where the study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study population was represented by all employees of Al-Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah, and the study sample consisted of (100) male and female employees, reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The level of application of total quality practices within Al-Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah, as well as the level of quality of its health services, was very high. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the application of total quality practices and the quality of health services in Al-Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah. In addition to the existence of a statistically significant effect at the significance level (0.05 ≥) between the application of total quality management practices in improving the quality of services at Al Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the estimates of the study sample members about the impact of the application of total quality practices on the quality of health services attributed to gender, age, educational qualification, and years of experience.
