The study aimed at identifing the effectiveness of a behavioral cognitive, and directive program to reduce the level of learned helplessness among a group of tenth graders. The sampling consisted of (30) tenth graders from Maryam Farhat School. The study used the learned helplessness scale, and the behavioral, cognitive and directive program, and it used the quasi-experimental approach. The study found that there were statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the group members ’degrees (experimental and controlled) in the dimensional measurement on the learned helplessness scale after applying the pilot program in favor of the experimental group, and there were statistically significant differences between Sttat arranged degrees of members of the experimental group in the tribal measurement and telemetric learned helplessness after measuring the application of Indicative Program for post-measurement; while, there were not any statistically significant differences between the middle-arranged group degrees experimental indices (meta - iterative) on learned helplessness scale.
