The study aimed to analyze the content of the fifth grade math book within the Mathematical Communication Standard of the National Council for Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) standards. 2019 AD in Palestine with two books "two chapters", The researcher used a content analysis tool that was prepared based on the standards of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) for the standards of operations "mathematics communication", and the study concluded that mathematics books for the fifth grade of the school year 2018-2019 included the standards of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), for content in varying proportions, One of the most important recommendations of the study is to conduct more research and studies on mathematics curricula by analyzing its content in the light of NCTM standards, especially in the field of mathematical communication due to the lack of research in this field, and to reconsider the weaknesses in mathematics books for the fifth grade and to strengthen the strengths.
