Abstract

 

A Muslim who is born and raised in a Muslim country where he consciously and subconsciously grips the rules, ideals and instructions of Islam, grows up into a young person who is aware of the civilizations of his faith, following its path and is led by its guidance. On the other hand, a Muslim who is born, and brought up in a non-Muslim country demonstrates the guidance of that atmosphere very noticeably in his feelings, thoughts, behaviour, ethics, and decorum except his Lord helps him. This un-Islamic influence is seen more in the second generation of those who have migrated to non-Muslim. countries. This research aims to give the reader a comprehensive view of the rule of residence in non-muslims countries. , its gives the definition of residence literaly and technically and the terms related to residence, and the provisions related to residence and concluded by virtue of residence in non-Muslim countries and some issues to which the Muslim in some situations related to this subject. I tried to study the views of the past and contemporary scholars, and presented their opinions, compare and discuss them from  what Allah opens to me. The modern world has witnessed many phenomena, which is not and it is very important,to muslim to know the sharia ruling regarding this important topic.

At the end conclution drawn from variant views of the scholars,and the main findings and recommendations have been given
