Abstract

Considered one of the most important intermittent measures before the international judiciary, which he deals with regarding his consideration of a case presented. The interests of the international community until the final decision on the case gives every person his right, and given the importance of these measures, he was granted the right to refer to them to some international courts on their own accord even if the litigants did not request them, whenever they saw that the circumstances of the case required that, so these measures gain attention increasing especially with zay litigation cases before international justice, then one of the means of peaceful settlement of international disputes.
