Abstract

     The world became a prisoner of the information revolution .most lifestyles have changed from physical to digital style ,now most transaction are electronic managed ,its no longer necessary for the physical presence parties to deal, certainly these dealings are created, transferred, saved, and traded among individual is not far from the problems that related with regular transaction, add to that will be more than that its default nature and it crossed the regional borders very quickly ,up to that we focused on studying the possibility of the rules to international jurisdiction based on geographical boundaries from fittings this dealings that does not recognize these limits and do not evaluate with its effect to try exclusion the legal standard which we can consider in determining jurisdiction consistent with its digital nature.
